For our Lissone headquarters, we are looking for a Cost Controller. /ppbr / /ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppbr / /ppPurpose of the Role /ppbr / /pulliOversee the monitoring and analysis of manufacturing costs in an electronics manufacturing environment characterized by complex bills of materials, supporting management in economic decision-making through accurate reporting, variance analysis, and the identification of areas for efficiency improvements. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /ppbr / /pulliPrepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for production costs, materials, labor, and overhead /liliCalculate and update standard product costs (standard costing) /liliPrepare periodic reports on manufacturing KPIs (efficiency, yield, scrap, fixed cost absorption) /liliCollaborate with production, procurement, logistics,
and quality to collect data and validate cost information /liliSupport monthly/quarterly closings with related economic analyses /liliIdentify inefficiencies and propose corrective actions to contain costs /liliContribute to business cases and profitability analyses for investments or new orders /liliMaintain and improve costing models and data flows in the ERP system /liliOversee inventory management and valuation processes to ensure accurate cost reporting and financial controls /liliPerform project cost accounting to track profitability, cost performance, and margin drivers by project or order /liliSupport the implementation and use of work orders for manufacturing to improve cost traceability, production reporting, and operational control /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications /strong /ppbr / /pulliBachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequired Skills /strong /ppbr / /pulliAt least 2–5 years of experience in management control/cost control roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment /liliExcellent knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, analytical models); br / knowledge of BI systemsis a plus /liliFamiliarity with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), particularly controlling modules /liliKnowledge of the principles of industrial accounting and standard costing /liliKnowledge of SOX compliance and US GAAP standards /liliFamiliarity with AI use in accounting is a plus /liliStrong analytical skills and attention to detail /liliExcellent communication skills for interacting with non-financial departments /liliGood knowledge of English /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongPreferred Skills /strong /ppbr / /pulliKnowledge of BI systems /liliFamiliarity with AI use in accounting /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongPay range and compensation package /strong /ppEmployment is expected to be under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry,under a 1-year fixed-term contract. /ppRAL 32-38k. /ppbr / /ppstrongEqual Opportunity Statement /strong /ppThis job offer is open to candidates of all genders (Italian Law 903/77) and Alfamation is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace. /ppbr / /p
