We are seeking a HR Specialist to join our team as an individual contributor reporting to the Research, Strategy and Solutions Leader. In this role, you will assess data, workplace dynamics, behaviors, external trends, and relationships to identify risks and gaps in the work environment, and translate those insights into sustainable, scalable initiatives, mechanisms, and programs that drive long‑lasting change at all levels. You will influence leaders to gain alignment and support, and work cross‑functionally and globally to design and execute large‑scale proactive strategies. This is a research‑forward role: the emphasis is on data‑driven analysis, strategic foresight, and forward‑looking trend intelligence rather than reactive ER issues management or investigations. Success requires deep employee and labor relations expertise, strong analytical and research skills, sound judgement, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively. The applicable collective agreement for this role is CCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizioni. The position is classified at level Quadro or above,

If you want to be part of a collaborative group that values trust, candid feedback, and continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you.Basic QualificationsExperience in employee relations, labor relations, human relations or labor/employment lawExperience as an HR specialist, HR generalist (e.G., HR Business Partner or HR Partner), HR manager, or in HR program rolesBachelor's degree or equivalent in Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law or a related field.Preferred QualificationsExperience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiencesExperience creating and implementing large-scale organizational programsExperience analyzing HR data and translating metrics into actionable workforce strategiesExperience supporting large hourly workforcesExperience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing timeExperience delivering complex, data-driven recommendations to senior leadersKnowledge of general AI toolsAmazon is an equal opportunities employer. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full‑time basis. For part‑time hours, the salary will be pro‑rated. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements. In addition to statutory benefits, and those applicable to the relevant CBA, company supplementary benefits may apply subject to further terms.
