Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a passionate and curious Junior Designer to join our Creative team!
This is a hands-on extracurricular internship designed for recent graduates who want to kickstart their career in a high-energy agency environment.
As a Junior Designer, you will support the creative department in conceptualizing and developing design elements within the advertising environment, including branding projects, events, activations and digital campaigns. You will also have the exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues across our diverse agency business units, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to see how great ideas come to life!
Your role
- Support the team in the development of creative concepts and visual proposals.
- Conceive and develop a wide range of creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, events and activations, with strong attention to details and execution.
- Trend Research: Keep a pulse on current design trends, digital culture, and technological innovations in the creative industry.
We would be happy to meet you if you have:
- An Academic background in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Art Direction or related fields.
- 1 year experience in graphic design environments will be considered a plus
- A strong interest in AI and digital innovation: familiarity with AI tools for creative purposes or a proactive, self-driven approach in exploring and experimenting with AI in design and communication (AI-oriented mindset).
- A good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and PowerPoint.
- A Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy and composition.
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
- A good level of English.
- The right mindset: you are proactive, collaborative, open to feedback, and easily adaptable to a fast-paced agency workflow.
