The challengeThe Junior Controller Italy supports the Finance team in monitoring financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities for the Italian market. The role will focus on the Finished Goods business, supporting profitability analysis and business performance monitoring for the Italian market.What you will doSupport monthly closing activities and prepare financial reportsAssist in budgeting and forecasting processesMonitor sales, margins, and operating expenses and customer rebatesPerform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)Support cost control activities and profitability analysis by product linePerform customer profitability analysis and support gross-to-net analysis activitiesCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teamsEnsure data accuracy and consistency in reporting systemsSupport internal and external audit processesSupport business performance monitoring and provide insights to key stakeholders across the Italian organizationRequirementsWhat you need to succeedDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics,
