In this Admin Coordinator role, reporting directly to the site manager and managing a team, you will:

- Dealing with customers and the warehouse supervisor for daily activities and or extraordinary activities;
- Verification of their fulfillment in compliance with the assigned deadlines;
- Data extraction from management systems and obtaining KPIs to share internally and with customers after analysis;
- Extraction of monthly data, possible reconciliation with customers, and handling internal input for reporting and/or invoicing;
- Sharing monthly P&L; results with the Site Manager;
- Manage actively internal and external audits, and promote initiatives aimed at infrastructure improvement;
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

- Strong experience in a similar role in a Logistics Company;
- Skilled with the Office Suite, in particular Excel
- Good knowledge of English
- Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Team worker
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Customer oriented attitude: able to build successful relationship with clients
- Good organizational and planning skills
