We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong analytics expertise to bridge the gap between data infrastructure and business insights. You will design and maintain robust data foundations, enabling analysts and business teams to self-serve high-quality, reliable data. Beyond building pipelines, you will help shape how data is modeled, governed, and communicated across the organization.
Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark, AWS Glue, and Delta Lake;
Leverage AWS services (Athena, S3, Glue Catalog, etc.) to ensure performant, reliable, and secure data solutions;
Develop and optimize data models that power reporting and analytics layers, making them accessible and usable for analysts;
Work closely with the Data & Analytics Lead to translate business requirements into robust data solutions;
Contribute to the strategic vision of how data is collected, modeled, and consumed across the company;
Oversee SQL transformations and table refreshes, ensuring changes are versioned, tested and deployed with minimal impact on downstream consumers;
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform, ensuring reproducible and maintainable data infrastructure;
Manage and version-control data projects following GitFlow best practices.
Strong passion for a data-driven culture;
~ Curious about the company’s data model and able to explore relationships to support better decision-making;
~2+ years experience with SQL and ETL processes;
~ Hands-on experience with AWS Glue, Athena, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, and Delta Lake;
~ Python knowledge (PySpark is a plus);
