Project ManagerLocation: Monza Brianza, ItalyWork Setting: Field-based / frequent travelEmployment Type: Full-time, PermanentIndustry: Energy / Facilities Management / Technical ServicesFunction: Project Management / OperationsSalary: €38,000–€45,000 + company carAbout the RoleSeeking a Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 200–300 residential and condominium technical installations, managing maintenance operations, technical teams, suppliers, customer relationships and project profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesManage maintenance contracts and ensure profitability and service quality.Plan and oversee preventive, routine and emergency maintenance.Coordinate technicians, subcontractors and an assigned Project Assistant.Manage technical issues, site visits and customer requirements.Prepare quotations and monitor costs, budgets and margins.Identify additional commercial opportunities with existing customers.Monitor contracts,
energy consumption and regulatory compliance.Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with technical and commercial teams.RequirementsTechnical diploma, preferably in HVAC, thermal engineering, plumbing or surveying.5+ years’ experience managing technical/maintenance projects.Knowledge of thermal, hydraulic, energy and HVAC systems.Experience coordinating operational teams and external suppliers.Strong commercial and financial awareness, including project margins.Good customer and stakeholder management skills.Strong organisation, problem-solving and leadership skills.Willingness to travel frequently across the territory.Benefits€38,000–€45,000 RALCompany car for business and private use€8 meal vouchersCompany welfare benefits and mobile phonePermanent contract under the Metalworking Collective Agreement
