JOB DESCRIPTION
You lead the plant’s Continuous Improvement culture by coaching managers and
teams to achieve business objectives through Lean and Six Sigma. You translate
corporate CI strategy into plant-level execution and play a key role within the
senior management team to drive sustainable performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead direct and indirect teams to embed a strong Continuous Improvement
culture across the plant.
* Communicate and deploy corporate CI goals,
scorecards, and priorities at
plant level.
* Coach and support functional managers using Lean and Six Sigma to deliver
measurable results.
* Deploy OEB assessments, prioritize improvement areas, and mentor leaders
through execution.
* Plan and deliver CI capability building, including Lean training, kaizen
events, and hands-on learning.
* Drive kaizen activity, ensuring event quality, scoring performance, and
visible results.
* Track and validate CI savings, engagement, and project progress through OIP
and scorecards.
* Implement best practices and plant-wide lean tools to improve quality, cost,
delivery, and safety.
REQUIREMENTS
* 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational
Excellence roles.
* Strong working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools applied in a
manufacturing environment.
* Proven experience leading culture change and coaching managers and teams.
