We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations Assistant to join our team! No prior work experience is requiredif you are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable with computers, we will provide all the training you need to succeed. You will help our team manage daily orders, handle data entry, and keep our logistics running smoothly.

Responsabilità

- Assist the team in processing and organizing daily customer orders from various online channels.
- Perform accurate data entry to update inventory logs, shipping manifests, and digital documents.
- Monitor order tracking systems and help report any delivery delays or stock updates.
- Communicate with team members and coordinate basic administrative tasks to keep the workflow running efficiently.
- Maintain tidy and organized digital files using standard office software.

Esigenze

- Good computer literacy,



including basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn new digital tools.
- Fluency in Italian and a basic knowledge of English.
- Legally eligible to work in Italy.
