pstronguKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /u /strong /ppbr / /pulliManage and support enterprise customer network services across Italy, including MPLS and Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) circuits. /liliProvide Level 1 and Level 2 support for network incidents, outages, and service requests. /liliTroubleshoot routing, connectivity, latency, packet loss, configuration, and network performance issues. /liliMonitor network health using monitoring tools and proactively identify and resolve potential issues. /liliPerform bandwidth utilization, traffic analysis, and circuit health assessments. /liliCoordinate circuit installations, upgrades, relocations, terminations, and site migrations. /liliSupport customer router deployments, refreshes, and replacement activities. /liliLiaise with telecom providers and vendors to ensure timely incident resolution and service delivery. /liliProvide technical support and regular updates to customers regarding incidents and service requests. /liliCollaborate with internal teams including Service Delivery, Operations, Sales, and Finance. /liliMaintain accurate documentation of network configurations, circuits, routing, and service records. /liliParticipate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation. /li /ulpbr / /ppstronguREQUIRED EXPERIENCE /u /strong /pulliMinimum strong7 years /strong of experience in enterprise networking, telecom support, or managed network services. /liliProven experience supporting MPLS, WAN, LAN, routing, and enterprise connectivity services.
/liliStrong expertise in Cisco routing and switching technologies. /liliExperience managing customer network devices and CPE routers. /liliExperience supporting secure internet connectivity and firewall environments. /liliHands-on experience with network monitoring, traffic analysis, and performance optimization. /liliProven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis. /liliExperience managing telecom circuit lifecycle activities, including installations, upgrades, relocations, and decommissioning. /liliExperience working with telecom providers, managed service providers, and enterprise customers. /liliFamiliarity with high-availability, business-critical network environments. /liliWillingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation. /li /ulpbr / /ppstronguPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS /u /strong /pulliExperience supporting large-scale MPLS environments. /liliExperience with router refresh, migration, or infrastructure upgrade projects. /liliKnowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices. /liliExperience within the travel, aviation, or transportation industry is an advantage. /liliBasic understanding of telecom vendor and contract management. /li /ulpbr / /ppstronguLANGUAGE REQUIREMENT /u /strong /pullistrongFluent Italian (Mandatory) /strong /liliProfessional working proficiency in strongEnglish /strong /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /p
