Travel required for client and hospital visits across Italy.About the roleThis is a Product Manager role in our Centro Servizi domain — our care coordination and operational workflow platform. You'll work alongside the Product Lead — Centro Servizi and the CPO, owning specific initiatives and feature areas within the domain.Centro Servizi is Medicilio's operational layer: the platform CS operators use to manage caseloads, resolve alerts, onboard patients, and coordinate care. It is being built for multi-CS architecture at regional scale — integrating with external telephony and workforce management systems, and eventually serving as the operational brain for distributed care networks. You will own initiatives end-to-end within the CS domain — from discovery through specification, build, QA, and release.

The domain roadmap is set with the Product Lead and CPO; how each initiative gets shaped, specified, and shipped is yours. This is an IC role with real ownership, not a ticket-writing role. As the domain and the team grow, so does your scope. What you’ll doTake features and initiatives from problem statement to shipped — discovery, specification, delivery, and verificationBe the single point of accountability for the initiatives you own: what ships, when, and why it mattersTranslate clinical and operational requirements into clear, buildable product decisionsPartner with engineering and design daily on trade-offs, scope, and sequencingEscalate cross-domain conflicts and roadmap-level trade-offs to the Product Lead — with a recommendation, not just a questionRun discovery and specification with AI in the loopUse agentic workflows to run user research synthesis, competitive benchmarking, and requirements structuring — faster and more rigorously than manuallyProduce specs that are clear enough for both human engineers and AI-assisted build pipelines to act on without ambiguityGenerate and review AI-generated outputs (specs, designs, prototypes) critically — you define intent, AI generates the first cut, you validate and own itDesign for probabilistic systems: know how to define success criteria when the output isn't binaryBe the quality gate for what you shipOwn feature testing for your initiatives — you verify what ships meets the original intentCoordinate with the QA Coordinator on regression risk and release readinessMaintain documentation as a living system — use AI to generate, your judgment to validateNavigate a regulated, clinically sensitive contextLearn the MDR boundary — know which features touch regulated territory and which don't, and flag early rather than lateWork with compliance and cybersecurity functions before design freeze on any sensitive featureEngage with clinical users directly — not just through dataWrite product requirements that would survive a regulatory audit, not just a sprint reviewHow we workWe operate in small,

high-trust teams with strong ownership and minimal process overhead.A typical week for a CS Product Manager includes:shaping and scoping your initiatives with Engineering and Designdirect engagement with CS operators, clinical coordinators, and hospital clientsgenerating and reviewing product specs, prototypes, and decision documentsrunning or reviewing QA on features you ownsyncing with the Product Lead on priorities and domain coherenceWe optimize for:clarity over process theaterownership over handoffsfast iteration with high clinical standardscontinuous improvement of how we buildWhat we’re looking forMust-haves2+ years of product management experience with demonstrated feature or initiative ownershipAI tool fluency — daily use in a real product context, not theoryStrong written communication — specs, decisions, and rationale that hold up under reviewCross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, and clinicalFeature testing ownership — you verify what shipsBias to ownership — you close loops without being chasedNice-to-havesDigital health or regulated software backgroundExperience with care coordination, clinical operations, or CS/CRM platform designMDR / SaMD familiaritySQL or basic data fluencyExperience with agentic workflow design or AI-assisted product developmentItalian language skillsSkills that matter most in the AI eraAs AI handles more of the documentation, synthesis and generation work, the most valuable product skills become:judgment over outputsystem-level thinking over feature-level thinkingclinical and regulatory domain depthquality ownership across the full lifecycleclear communication under ambiguitythe ability to define what "good" looks like — and hold itCompensation€35,000–€55,000 depending on experience.Top of band for PMs with regulated/clinical context, demonstrated initiative ownership, and AI-assisted workflow fluency.LocationMilan-based. Travel required for client, hospital, and team visits across Italy. Our valuesTrust — We communicate directly, keep our word, and operate with high autonomy. Trust increases speed by reducing unnecessary process.Care — We care about the people we work with and the problems we solve. We give honest feedback, support each other, and create space to learn from mistakes.Curiosity — We stay open, ask questions, and continuously learn from systems, users, and each other.Expansion — We take on ambitious problems and grow through them. We value progress over perfection.Joy — We build serious systems without losing enjoyment in the process. xysqume Strong morale improves both outcomes and quality of work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
