Overview

In this role you drive the end-to-end bid process for aerospace projects, coordinating a multidisciplinary bid team to deliver compelling proposals. You’ll align programmatic, technical, and financial elements, ensuring compliant, timely responses that meet customer criteria. You’ll shape the Make/Team/Buy strategy and help transfer the initial baseline to project management. This is a chance to influence major space ventures and work across key stakeholders.

Responsabilità

- Coordinate all Work Package Manager activities for bid preparation and baseline transfer
- Contribute to evaluating alternative solutions and identifying customer selection criteria
- Define Make/Team/Buy strategy and involve KIP, industrial & contractual strategy
- Oversee compliance status of all proposal elements and ensure schedule adherence
- Identify supply chain and vendors for the project




- Support Gates approval preparation with Capture Leader and Sales Manager
- Plan and manage Bid team activities for proposal writing and documentation
- Define proposal template and annexes aligned with customer requests and policy
- Prepare storyboards and mockups to illustrate the proposal
- Ensure coherence across programmatic, financial, and technical volumes and supplier contributions
- Support Red Team organization and manage feedback and rework activities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- Strong teamwork and ability to operate in a multidisciplinary environment
- Accountability and transparent, reliable task delivery
- Excellent coordination and team leadership skills
- Excellent command of English
- Experience: 1-7 years
- CCNL Met/Ind – B2 Category
