On behalf of an innovative company providing large-scale energy storage systems, we are looking for a:Project Manager – Energy StorageThe Project Manager will be responsible for the execution of complex EPC projects, currently located primarily in the United States. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers and customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.We are open to candidates with different levels of seniority, ranging from 3 to 15 years of experience, with responsibilities and scope tailored to the candidate’s level of expertise.Key Responsibilities:Manage assigned projects from contract award through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and final handover;Take ownership of project schedule, budget, quality, safety and overall performance;Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning activities and interfaces;Manage contractors, suppliers and key project stakeholders in an international environment;Monitor project progress, identify risks and deviations, and implement appropriate mitigation actions;Manage contractual and commercial interfaces,



changes and claims in coordination with the relevant functions;Lead project meetings and provide clear and timely reporting to management and key stakeholders;Support and oversee site activities during construction and commissioning phases.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline;Solid experience in EPC/EPCM projects, preferably within the energy, power generation, Oil & Gas, renewables, industrial plants or complex infrastructure sectors;Proven experience in managing projects of significant scale and technical complexity, commensurate with the candidate’s level of seniority;Strong project management skills, with solid knowledge of cost, schedule, risk and contract management;Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, contractors and suppliers;Fluent professional English;Willingness and availability to travel internationally and spend time at project sites when required.Location: MilanSalary range: 35,000–85,000, depending on experience and seniority.This job posting complies with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency and is open to candidates of all genders, in line with Italian Legislative Decree No. 198/2006.
