Overview

As IT Governance Lead, you will operationalize and continuously improve the IT governance framework across internal IT teams and external delivery partners. You will assess policy effectiveness, drive simplification, and ensure consistent governance application. You’ll coordinate governance bodies and align with stakeholders to close gaps and implement changes. This role offers a chance to influence governance at scale within a global energy technology environment and work with cross-functional leadership to drive safer, more efficient IT operations.

Responsabilità

- Operationalize and maintain the IT Governance framework
- Assess effectiveness and efficiency of IT governance policies and processes
- Drive continuous improvement and simplification of governance
- Support consistent governance application across IT
- Maintain governance bodies, mandates, decision rights, policies and procedures




- Coordinate governance forums and ensure actions are followed through
- Regularly assess governance effectiveness and identify gaps, overlaps or complexity
- Update policies and governance mechanisms based on organizational changes
- Support IT departments in applying governance requirements
- Ensure governance expectations are reflected in interactions with strategic vendors and service providers
- Coordinate with IT-Leadership, Architecture, PPM, Risk & Compliance, Cybersecurity and other stakeholders involved in IT Governance

Requisiti fondamentali

- 7+ years of IT Governance experience
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and decision structures
- Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority
