It’s knowing that the world is yours and that your chances to work in various countries are within your reach, all while still being part of our great family. /p pIt is experiencing one of the most exciting journeys of your life, a journey where personal and professional growth will accompany you at every step. /p pAre you ready to take the reins of your professional career and explore new inspiring opportunities within Meliá? /p h3Mission of the Role /h3 pLead and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and cellar operations of all the designated business units. /p h3Job Summary /h3 pTo manage properly all the activities related to the Restaurant Manager position. /p h3What Will I Be Doing? /h3 ul liDetect, consolidate needs and opportunities of hotels under my responsibility and make proposals to the FB Partner for validation. /li liEnsure the maintenance, supply and inventory of wine cellars under responsibility. /li liLead the up-selling strategy related to the role alongside the FB Managers. /li liProvide the necessary tools for proper execution of restaurant service standards. /li liEnsure correct use of OSE set by different outlets according to their established concept standard. /li liParticipate in operations meetings and produce action plans to improve related KPIs. /li liProduce the necessary training plans together with the HR department of the hotels under responsibility. /li liSupport the search for head of department profiles in the hotels under responsibility. /li liBe knowledgeable of department budget.
