In this role, you will work on a mission-critical project for a global leader in the FMCG industry headquartered in Alba. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the client’s international success and the quality of software solutions used at an enterprise scale. You will have the opportunity to actively shape how these digital tools deliver real-world value, ensuring excellence in a high-stakes, prestigious environment. /p h3Where we are /h3 pWhile our home base is in Milan’s Isola/Garibaldi district, this is a hybrid position that currently involves working from the client’s Alba headquarters 3 to 4 days a week. On-site requirements may scale back over time depending on project needs.

We do not just-code-it, we design it. /p pWe believe in Open Source, and take every chance we get to get involved by sharing knowledge on our Tech Blog or contribute to OSS. /p h3What Tech We Use /h3 pOur tech stack features Java on the backend and Angular on the frontend, leveraging Git, GitLab, and Docker. For this specific role, we are looking for someone with a strong command of Java and the JVM ecosystem. Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and frontend development (Angular) is a strong plus. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liCollaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications. /li liDeveloping scalable backend solutions using Java and ensuring their seamless integration with frontend technologies. /li liImplementing and managing DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment using Docker. /li liParticipating in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and knowledge sharing activities to maintain high software quality standards. /li liSharing your expertise through our Tech Blog and community events. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liSolid understanding of the Java ecosystem and experience in backend development. /li liFamiliarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment. /li liFamiliarity with frontend technologies such as Angular or similar frameworks. /li liProactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. /li liContinuous desire to learn and improve in a fast-paced environment. /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li li(Angular) is a strong plus. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pWe offer a full-time permanent contract (CCNL Commercio) and a competitive salary… /p ul lialongside several benefits perks: /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
