pstrongPayroll Personnel Administration Specialist /strong /ppWith more than 60 years of experience and a leading position in the wood adhesives industry, strongDurante Adesivi /strong is an Italian company and part of the Belgian multinational strongSoudal Group, /strong continuously innovating with a forward-looking approach while successfully operating in additional market sectors. /ppbr / /ppTo strengthen our Human Resources function, we are looking for a strongPayroll Personnel Administration Specialist /strong, a key role responsible for ensuring the accurate administration of personnel processes and effective coordination with labour consultants, external and internal stakeholders. /ppstrongYour Responsibilities: /strong /ppReporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for payroll administration and personnel management activities, ensuring compliance with labour regulations and company procedures. /ppstrongYou will: /strong /pulliManage the monthly time and attendance process through dedicated HR systems and ensure data accuracy and reconciliation; br / /liliPrepare and submit all payroll-related data to the external labour consultant; br / /liliReview payroll reports, payslips and supporting documentation to ensure correctness and compliance; br / /liliManage employees lifecycle administration, including hirings, contractual changes, salary updates and terminations; br / /liliSupport salaries payment processing and related accounting activities; br / /liliAdminister pension funds, supplementary healthcare schemes,
trade union deductions and salary-backed loans; br / /liliSupport personnel costs accounting and reconciliation activities; br / /liliMonitor workforce data and prepare HR reports and statistics; br / /liliManage administrative relationships with temporary employment agencies and contingent workers; br / /liliEnsure compliance with GDPR requirements related to employees data management; br / /liliCoordinate international business travel administration and related insurance coverage requirements; br / /liliSupport recruitment, onboarding and employees management activities; br / /liliLiaise with labour consultants, auditors, social security institutions and employers’ associations; br / /liliSupport annual HR and payroll activities, including personnel budget preparation, tax certifications, statutory declarations, insurance requirements and year-end closing activities. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWho We Are Looking For: /strong /ppWe are seeking a reliable, details-oriented and service-minded professional who can work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative approach with internal and external stakeholders. /ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppemuEducation /u /em /pulliDegree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law or a related field; br / /liliAdditional qualifications in Payroll Administration, Labour Law or Personnel Management are considered a plus. /li /ulpemuProfessional Experience /u /em /pulliAt least 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration and personnel management; br / /liliSolid knowledgeof Italian labour law,
