The person in the position manages and drive fabrication, maintenance, quality and safety of Italian company plants. Ensure that all process line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, economic performance, and planning.
- Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant (e.g. capacity definition, production scheduling, daily visual management, order flow, focus for OTD_R and OTD_C, etc.)
- Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance
- Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
- Provide training and educational materials to staff as necessary
- Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order
- Direct and manage the establishment and maintenance of material replenishment methods, quality standards, and performance metrics in support of organizational goals and objectives
- Budget and manage manufacturing cost structures by developing and maintaining operational expenses within budget allowance, and investigate cost-reduction measures Responsible for Safety as per Italian legislation
