you are the right fit for our Business Efficiency Team.Your role in BizAwayDesign and implement scalable automation workflows to streamline manual operations and boost business efficiency.Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to translate process blueprints into robust, high impact digital solutions.Integrate diverse enterprise systems (e.G., CRM, Project Management, Workspace) to create unified and efficient data flows.Support other teams in the validation of their technical projects, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards and architectural robustness.Maintain and update existing automations, ensuring long-term reliabilityStay up to date on AI and digital tools, proactively suggesting new solutionsYour basic qualificationsProven experience in a technical role designing and implementing solutions that solve real business problems through full process automation.Deep understanding of SaaS environments, API integrations, and system connectivity.Strong analytical mindset with a passion for creating robust, scalable, and efficient digital workflows.Ability to translate complex business requirements into high-impact technical solutions.Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).We are also interested inExperience with scripting languages (e.G., Python, JavaScript) to extend automation capabilities beyond standard platforms.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, GCP, Azure)
