- Manage and support accounts for Inside and Outside Sales teams
- Analyze weekly sales data and prepare insightful reports
- Maintain and enhance local CRM and customer intelligence tools
- Evaluate sales leads and share valuable insights
- Coordinate local pricing and special agreements
- Ensure compliance with company standards and support external partners
- Oversee quality levels and assist partners in overcoming challenges
- Manage relationships with office vendors and suppliers, including invoice approvals
- Handle account credit limit requests and contract preparation
- Prepare annual budgets and manage provisions
- Review and process international financial transactions
- Oversee office IT services and requests
