Overview

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will implement ML models for production in a cross-functional, international team within a growing European car insurance tech company. You’ll work on data modelling and greenfield forecasting and pricing projects, collaborating with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to scale underwriting solutions. The role blends hands-on ML work with production, software engineering practices and mentorship. You will enjoy flexible, DEI-focused work arrangements and the opportunity to influence how data-driven pricing drives value.

Responsabilità

- Develop and deploy ML models across the full lifecycle,



from data prep to production
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers on underwriting and pricing systems
- Contribute to Greenfield forecasting and pricing projects
- Engage in technical discussions and contribute ideas to the team
- Mentor junior team members when desired

Requisiti fondamentali

- Advanced Python coding skills
- Strong knowledge of AWS
- Experience across the full ML model lifecycle including production
- Collaborative, problem-solving mindset
- Good knowledge of software engineering practices (microservices, TDD/DDD, design patterns)
