This role includes providing a technical support service to customers onsite. /liliTo proactively support sales opportunities where the technical offering is key to order realisation and/or valued by the customer. /liliTo provide conceptual proposals of sealing and material solutions for customers. /liliTo provide and support product and application training for internal and external sales staff. /liliTo identify the need for new products and materials and to support the Manufacturing Business Units as required for projects that impact the Italian and global market. /liliTo recognise and interpret International, National, Customer and Company specifications. /liliTo produce and assist in the production of technical material and data for the use of James Walker employees. /li /ulh3What You Bring: /h3h3Essential Skills Experience:
