You will work closely with the strongCustomer Success, Engineering and RD teams /strong, helping troubleshoot technical issues and ensuring our customers achieve optimal performance from our technologies. /ppstrongFew examples of responsibilities: /strong /pulliPerform strongsoftware testing and validation /strong on additive manufacturing software, ensuring correct functionality and performance. /liliExecute stronghands-on robotic 3D printing tests /strong to validate toolpath planning, slicing processes, and printing quality on large-scale AM systems. /liliHelp strongtechnical support and field engineering teams /strong in troubleshooting Level 2 software-related issues, occasionally interacting with customers. /liliProvide stronginternal training and guidance /strong to support teams to help them handle common Level 1 technical requests.
/liliCollaborate with strongRD and software teams /strong to report bugs, suggest improvements, and collect feedback from real production use. /li /ulpstrongIdeal Background: /strong /pulliTechnical diploma (ITS) in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field /lili1- 2 years of experience in a similar role within industrial automation or robotics sector.
