You will oversee the creative development of integrated campaigns for top-tier national and international clients, driving innovation across social, digital, and content-driven activations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.Responsibilities:Supervise and direct the creative development of end-to-end campaigns across digital, social media, video, and branded content platforms.Lead and mentor Copywriters,
Art Directors, and Designers, encouraging creative curiosity while ensuring project continuity and output quality.Align with agency leadership to expand commercial opportunities, pitch to C-suite clients, and align high-level creative ambition with client business goals.Craft and pitch narrative strategies, brand voice guidelines, and visual language for client presentations and new business pitches.Drive our creative "Innovation Roadmap" by embedding advanced generative AI tools (ChatGPT, voice-over engines, scripting tools) into daily creative workflows.Work in close alignment with Strategy, Account Management, and Production teams to maintain seamless project execution and quality delivery.Oversee creative resource management, balancing artistic quality with operational health and project efficiency.Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and cultural shifts to kee
