About the Role
A growing commercial vehicle business is seeking a Sales Consultant to develop and strengthen sales across Northeast Italy. The role focuses on new business development, client relationships and managing the full sales cycle for light commercial vehicles and related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and build local partnerships.
- Manage relationships with existing customers and prospects.
- Lead the full sales process from needs analysis through negotiation and closing.
- Promote vehicles, after-sales services and tailored business solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and strategic stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends,
competitors and territory opportunities.
- Work with technical and marketing teams to develop solutions and grow the customer portfolio.
- Manage commercial contracts and sales reporting.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, ideally in commercial/industrial vehicles or industrial products.
- Knowledge of trucks and vehicle configurations is advantageous.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and communication skills.
- Customer-focused and consultative approach.
- Ability to independently manage a territory and sales pipeline.
- Good digital and CRM skills.
- Strong organisation, problem-solving and target orientation.
