Manufacturing Process Quality Intern

The candidate will be part of the Manufacturing team, supporting activities aimed at improving process quality, manufacturing performance, and operational excellence. Working closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, Maintenance, and other plant functions, the intern will gain hands-on experience in monitoring and enhancing manufacturing processes, contributing to the achievement of quality, efficiency, and reliability targets.

Key learning opportunities include:
- Supporting the analysis and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure process stability, consistency, and compliance with quality standards;
- Participating in cross-functional initiatives focused on improving manufacturing performance, reducing process variability, and increasing operational effectiveness;
- Monitoring and analyzing process quality indicators, supporting data-driven decision-making and problem-solving activities;
- Supporting benchmarking activities and the standardization of manufacturing processes, tools, and best practices across the plant;
- Participating in quality audits and process reviews to ensure compliance with internal standards and continuous improvement objectives;
- Developing practical knowledge of quality systems, Lean Manufacturing principles, and structured problem-solving methodologies within a complex industrial environment.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular regard to Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• The profile is completed by good problem solving, analytical, communication and relationship skills connected to the spirit of teamwork. xysqume
SALARY INFORMATION
The internship allowance will be defined within the published range, in accordance with the internship scheme applicable to the selected candidate.
