Job description
The selected candidate will be part of the Tritone Rinascente team, operating in one of the most exclusive and internationally renowned luxury shopping destinations in the world.
The role is responsible for delivering an outstanding luxury shopping experience, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation within the store.
Key responsibilities
• Deliver a personalized and exceptional customer experience, consistently embodying the brand’s values and service standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients,
anticipating their needs and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice, staying updated on collections, trends and brand initiatives.
• Contribute to the achievement of individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement.
• Support visual merchandising activities and ensure the presentation is always aligned with brand standards.
• Assist in stock management operations, ensuring product availability and supporting replenishment activities.
• Manage sales transactions accurately and professionally, ensuring a seamless client experience at the point of sale.
• Collaborate closely with the team to support daily operations and commercial objectives.
• Participate in store events and promotional activities to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.
Requirements
• Previous experience in luxury retail or fashion retail, in client-facing roles.
