Candidates must hold UK or European training credentials, recognised for Gulf licensing purposes. Fluent English and full confidentiality agreement compliance are non-negotiable. Benefits Compensation is tax-free at £180,000 – £213,333, structured for long-term retention. Housing, relocation costs, and premium health cover are provided from day one.
