Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile as Client Advisor for our
Concession in Rinascente .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver an exceptional luxury experience, welcoming every client with
professionalism, warmth and genuine care.
• Represent and communicate the values, heritage and aesthetic vision of Jil
Sander through every client interaction.
• Build long-term relationships based on trust, loyalty and personalized
service, creating memorable experiences that encourage repeat business.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of each client's lifestyle, preferences
and wardrobe needs to provide tailored styling advice.
• Demonstrate outstanding selling abilities by confidently guiding clients
through the entire sales journey, identifying opportunities for cross-selling
and up-selling while always maintaining a client-first approach.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
through proactive client development and business generation.
• Maintain an active client portfolio using CRM tools, ensuring regular
outreach, appointment setting, follow-up communications and after-sales service.
