JOB SUMMARY
The IT Systems Analyst implements computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems, designing and testing standards and solutions. This position manages the IT Technician position, if applicable. Works with various application projects based on the direction of Director of IT.
Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defines application problem by conferring with clients, evaluating procedures and processes.
- Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative solutions.
- Validates results by testing programs.
- Ensures operation by training client personnel, providing support.
- Provides reference by writing documentation.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Take ownership of minor tasks, problems, or operational efforts. Knowledge of internal business processes as they relate to the applications and make recommendations as needed. Act in a supporting role on larger project and maintenance efforts.
