As a Software Technical Support Engineer, you will play a key role in validating, testing, and supporting the software used in additive manufacturing systems. You will work closely with the Customer Success, Engineering and R&D; teams, helping troubleshoot technical issues and ensuring our customers achieve optimal performance from our technologies.Possiede le competenze, l'esperienza e la determinazione necessarie per avere successo in questo ruolo? Lo scopra qui sotto.Few examples of responsibilities:Perform software testing and validation on additive manufacturing software, ensuring correct functionality and performance.Execute hands-on robotic 3D printing tests to validate toolpath planning, slicing processes, and printing quality on large-scale AM systems.Help technical support and field engineering teams in troubleshooting Level 2 software-related issues,
occasionally interacting with customers.Provide internal training and guidance to support teams to help them handle common Level 1 technical requests.Collaborate with R&D; and software teams to report bugs, suggest improvements, and collect feedback from real production use.Ideal Background:Technical diploma (ITS) in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field1- 2 years of experience in a similar role within industrial automation or robotics sector.
