RED GLOBAL-AUTOMATION TESTER(PLAYWRIGHT)-ITALY-MILAN-ASAP START

RED Global, on behalf of a Key Client Partner, is searching for Automation Tester to join development team at an insurance company to create and maintain end-to-end automated tests with Playwright. Candidate will need to use AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or equivalents) in a structured way to generate, refactor, and maintain tests, and helps the team adopt AI-assisted development methods (vibe coding).

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated test suites using Playwright.
- Develop test automation mainly in TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
- Define test scenarios, test cases,



and reusable frameworks/patterns to ensure scalability and maintainability of the suites.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to support the generation, refactoring, optimization, and maintenance of automated tests.
- Review and validate AI-generated code, ensuring its quality, readability, reliability, and adherence to development standards.
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to the automation of testing processes.
- Analyze test results, identify anomalies, and collaborate with developers and other team members to solve issues.
- Define and share patterns, best practices, and guidelines for developing and maintaining test automation.
