✨ We are looking for a proactive and delivery-oriented Scrum Master to join an international Insurance Transformation Program.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring effective Scrum practices.
Promote Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices across teams and stakeholders.
Support teams in achieving Sprint Goals and improving delivery effectiveness.
Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization activities, and sprint preparation.
Foster collaboration between Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams.
Monitor team performance, delivery progress, Agile metrics, and overall sprint execution.
Drive transparency, accountability, and effective communication within Agile teams.
Support release planning, coordination activities, and delivery management.
Facilitate workshops and promote continuous learning, feedback, and innovation.
Encourage teams to continuously improve processes, collaboration models, and delivery practices.
Ability to build trust and collaboration across different teams.
We are looking for a Scrum Master who goes beyond facilitating Agile ceremonies and actively contributes to the success of the team and the overall program.
The ideal candidate is a trusted Agile partner who can drive collaboration, remove obstacles, support delivery execution, and create alignment between Business and IT stakeholders in a complex international insurance transformation environment.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum
