Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A.
SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.
As International HR Learning Specialist , you will join People Learning and Development team at Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) , based in Milan.
How can you support us?
Definition of the budget and related forecasts in compliance with the company’s authorization cycles and established guidelines
Collaboration with managers to identify training needs and develop necessary training plans
Design and implementation of training programs with particular attention to mandatory training
Evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback and analysis of results
Monitoring training activities and reporting on defined KPIs
Coordination with external providers for organizing courses and workshops
Feeding and updating training information within company systems
Education: A degree in humanities, psychology, or human resources management; a master’s degree in training or HR will be considered a plus.
Background: 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, especially in complex organizations with multiple locations in Italy and abroad. Given the company’s international profile, having professional experience abroad will be considered a plus.
