And together, you'll build something worth being proud of. What you'll be doingAs our Lead Backend Engineer - Consumer Growth, you'll play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of the Consumer Growth team,
taking ownership of the technical quality and delivery of complex systems. Here's what that looks like in practice: Build and ship - Design, implement, and operate services that power the Satispay consumer experience - from payment flows and identity verification to loyalty and engagement features, working across the full lifecycle from API design to production rollouts.
Cross-team technical leadership - Drive technical analysis for projects that cut across multiple teams, lead design discussions, and produce clear documentation for stakeholders and engineering teams. Foster engineering excellence - Raise the quality bar across mobile and backend development through rigorous testing strategies, safe progressive rollouts, and proactive elimination of technical debt in a codebase shipping 2M+ daily payments.
Mentor and develop - Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers in the Consumer Growth teams, helping them navigate cross-s
