Vehicle Dynamics & Simulation Engineer

We are a team racing in the F4, FR, FIA F3 and FIA F2 categories. We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Dynamics & Simulation Engineer to join our single-seater performance group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work at the cutting edge of motorsport technology, ensuring our race cars perform at peak levels on and off the track.

Role Overview

The Vehicle Dynamics & Simulation enginer will work inside our performance group with the objective to develop models and data analysis tools and provide simulation and performance analysis reports to our track performance and race engineers. working under the supervision of our Head or Performance engineer.

This role includes, but is not limited to:

- Supervise procedures and data performance analysis work over all series,
- Devlopment of team channels, data analysis softwares and KPI production to monitor car, driver and team performance,
- Devlopment of simulation models and correlation process,
- Devlopment of tools for competitor setup and performance analysis,
- Work with external partners for specific tasks (tyre model, aero models, vehicle dynamics, etc),
- Support racing team remotely (office radio and data connected room) during all events for performance analysis.

The Performance Group will include one Head of Performance engineer with aero background, one Vehicle Dynamics & Simulation engineer,



one junior data/performane engineer per category and will work closely with our software department for development aspects.

Both Performance and Software groups will be under CTO and Racing Director management.

Requirements

Strong team player with excellent leadership and communication skills,

Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle dynamics and simulation performance group in F1, Indycar, FormulaE or WEC,

Ability to make quick, rational, and data-driven decisions under tight deadlines

Engineer or Master's degree with strong background in Vehicle Dynamics and Tires,

Extensive experience with racing tools (data software such as MM, data management systems, simulation tools such as Canopy or VSM, KPIs, etc.),

Willingness and ability to work during week-ends from office remote room, for 20-25 week-ends per year.

This is a strongly team-oriented role requiring a genuine team-first mentality. The candidate is expected to put the interests and overall performance of the team above personal convenience, support colleagues proactively, and contribute wherever assistance is required. They must be flexible and willing to undertake reasonable additional duties beyond their immediate responsibilities, particularly during demanding event periods, unexpected operational situations, or whenever doing so is necessary to support teammates and achieve the team's objectives.
