Qeeboo is a next-generation design brand that brings together creativity, innovation, and storytelling.
We are looking for a Sales Operations / Back Office Intern to join our Milan-based team and support our day-to-day commercial operations with accuracy, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
Your Role
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will work closely with our sales and backoffice teams, gaining hands-on experience in B2B order management and after-sales operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the preparation and management of sales orders and pro forma invoices
- Updating and maintaining customer master data
- Assisting with order processing and monitoring delivery timelines
- Helping prepare customs documentation for international shipments
- Collaborating with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
- Supporting general back-office and administrative activities
Who You Are
- A recent graduate or final-year student in Engineering, Economics,
Business Administration, or a related field
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with data and documents
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Previous exposure to ERP systems is an advantage, but not required
