Job Description
We are currently seeking a Application Engineer to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy.
Deliver expert technical support and training to customers and sales teams for IT Systems products and solutions, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Take ownership of technical leadership in complex Multi‑Line‑of‑Business projects and proactively coordinate with Application Engineering teams across departments.
Engage, support, and collaborate with third‑party suppliers for technical solutions in Multi‑LOB projects, enhancing our solutions portfolio and ensuring seamless integration. Offer pre‑sales technical guidance to sales teams in developing proposals, quotes, and tenders, ensuring customer needs are met with competitive and tailored solutions. Provide strategic technical expertise for medium‑scale projects and key accounts throughout EMEA and worldwide, working closely with sales to drive our growth and impact. Develop innovative and cost‑effective applications for IT Systems products, customizing solutions to fulfill unique customer requirements when standard offerings are not sufficient.
