- Responsibility for the smooth check-in and check-out of our guests
- Cordial care of our guests during their stay
- Active room sales
- Preparation of internal documents
- Internal and external information transfer

- high sense of responsibility
- good knowledge of ASA HOTEL software, Korrespodenzmanager, Giggle,
- loyalty, ability to work in a team and flexibility
- independent and autonomous work
- very good language skills in German, Italian & English
