We are an iGaming team and we develop gaming products with unique mechanics — "grabbing". We are proud of our success, products, and team. Our whole team has a math background and we are all data-driven. We are also open to all new things, love what we do, and are quality oriented. A separate side of our pride is our excellent development processes, which make our work easier and allow us to make games quickly, providing transparency for everyone involved in the process.
As we continue to strengthen our Math team, we are looking for a Game Mathematician who will work closely with our Head of Math, Game Designers, Developers, and QA.
We are open to two types of candidates:
Experienced Game Mathematicians with a background in iGaming / slots;
Strong mathematicians without commercial iGaming experience who have an excellent mathematical foundation, strong systems thinking, and the motivation to build their career in Game Mathematics.
For the second profile, previous slot development experience is not required. We have strong internal expertise and are ready to invest in developing a talented mathematician.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Design, develop, and iterate mathematical models for slot games and individual game mechanics;
- Translate Game Design concepts and requirements into robust mathematical systems;
- Configure and balance RTP, volatility, hit frequency, win distributions, and other parameters affecting player experience;
- Build flexible models whose behavior can be efficiently controlled and adjusted throughout development;
- Work with reel strips, weight tables, probabilities, distributions, and other approaches used in slot mathematics;
- Develop and balance base games, premio features, Hold & Win mechanics, and other game features depending on the project;
- Create different mathematical versions of the same game, including different RTP configurations and models for product experiments / A/B testing;
- Perform mathematical calculations and simulations and validate their results using analytical and statistical methods;
- Verify that the implemented game behaves consistently with the original mathematical model and investigate discrepancies;
- Prepare clear mathematical documentation and the data required by the development team,
including the information necessary for frontend integration;
- Collaborate closely with Game Designers, Developers, and QA throughout the entire game development lifecycle;
- Participate in internal Math Reviews, sharing approaches, findings, and mathematical solutions with other members of the Math team;
- Analyze released games and use product data and feedback to improve future mathematical models;
- Explore competitors’ games and mechanics and understand why particular mathematical solutions work — or do not work — from a player’s perspective.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Strong Mathematical Foundation
We expect a solid understanding of:
- Probability theory;
- Expected value;
- Combinatorics;
- Statistics and probability distributions;
- Random processes and mathematical modeling;
- Relationships between mathematical parameters and the resulting behavior of a system.
A strong academic background in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computational Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline is highly valued.
For candidates without previous iGaming experience, the quality and depth of the mathematical foundation will be one of the key selection criteria.
Systems Thinking
This is one of the most important qualities for this role.
We are looking for someone who can go beyond solving an isolated mathematical problem and instead build a system where it is clear:
- which parameters determine the outcome;
- how changes in one parameter affect the rest of the model;
- how the behavior of the model can be controlled;
- how to achieve the desired player experience without excessive hard-coded rules and exceptions.
Technical Skills
You should be comfortable using at least one programming language for mathematical modeling and simulations, such as:
Python / C# / C++ or similar.
You should also be comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and independently validating calculations and simulation results.
If You Already Have iGaming / Slots Experience
We would especially like to hear from you if you:
- Have independently worked on the mathematics of released slot games;
- Have experience with mechanics such as Ways, Cluster, Hold & Win, Megaways, Cascade, or similar;
- Understand RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and win distributions;
- Have experience designing reel strips and/or weighted probability tables;
- Understand how to balance base games, features, and Bonus Buy;
- Have created multiple RTP versions of the same game;
- Have performed simulations and validated game implementations against mathematical models;
- Understand how mathematics affects not only theoretical game parameters but also the subjective player experience;
- Actively follow the slot market and explore competitors’ games from a professional perspective.
Experience with GLI / BMM / iTech requirements or regulated markets such as UKGC, MGA, or Ontario will be an advantage.
If You Do Not Have iGaming Experience Yet
We are still very interested in speaking with you if you have:
- A strong mathematical or physics/mathematics educational background;
- A solid understanding of probability theory and expected value;
- Strong algorithmic and systems thinking;
- Programming or mathematical modeling experience;
- Experience in analytics, data, research, or another field involving complex quantitative problems;
- The ability to independently investigate complex problems and validate your own hypotheses;
- An interest in understanding how mathematical systems influence user behavior and experience;
- A genuine motivation to build your career specifically in Game Mathematics.
Direct slot development experience is not mandatory for this profile.
Our Math team already has the domain expertise required to support your development. Internal Math Reviews are used to share approaches, mathematical systems, findings, and practical knowledge across the team, allowing a strong mathematician to gradually build iGaming expertise within the production environment.
