Key Responsibilities

- Offer excellent customer support in Italian through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Address customer issues and inquiries promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collect valuable customer feedback and share insights for service improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve service excellence.
- Keep up to date with company products, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.





- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation costs covered by Mercier Consultancy Group.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with good multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
