Territory Sales Manager – Dental Implants (Piedmont, Italy)
Are you a driven, relationship-focused sales professional with experience selling directly into dental practices?
Established Search is hiring on behalf of a leading dental implant manufacturer seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager to drive new and existing business across the Piedmont (Piemonte) region of Italy.
This is a hands-on commercial role focused on business development, clinical education, and building long-term relationships with dentists, specialists, and implant clinicians.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a defined territory by developing strong, ongoing relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and implant-focused clinicians.
Drive new customer acquisition through targeted prospecting, practice visits, and relationship-led selling.
Deliver product presentations, educational sessions, and hands-on demonstrations to support product adoption.
Support clinicians with implant workflow discussions and product solutions to meet their clinical needs.
Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales and growth targets.
Attend local study clubs, congresses, trade shows, and industry events to increase brand awareness and generate new opportunities.
Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements within established guidelines.
Work closely with marketing, customer service, and clinical support teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and territory updates.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years' field sales experience
, ideally within dental implants, dental devices, biomaterials, or related dental products.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship-building skills with private practices, implantologists, and specialists.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Strong territory management and account planning abilities.
Fluent Italian language skills.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
Preferred Qualifications:
Existing network of implantologists and dental professionals within Piedmont.
Experience selling dental implant systems or clinically focused dental products.
Strong understanding of implant workflows and the needs of implant-focused practices.
Previous success growing market share and developing long-term customer partnerships.
