We are looking for anAdministration Specialistto join the Finance team and support core administrative and accounting activities.
In this role, you will contribute to the proper management of financial processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal procedures and group standards.
Positioned within the Finance function, the role offers exposure to different accounting areas and the opportunity to contribute to both operational activities and ongoing transformation initiatives in a structured and international environment.
Main Responsibilities:
As part of the Finance organization, you will activelysupport the migration from the legacy system to SAP, with frequent interactions with internal stakeholders (Finance/IT of Ferrero Entities) as well as external stakeholders (Consultants).
You will alsosupport accounts payable activities and supplier payment processes, working in close collaboration with different company departments to ensure timely and accurate execution.
You will alsocontribute to general ledger accounting activities, helping to maintain the reliability and consistency of financial data.
You willbe involved in monthly closing activities, supporting the preparation and reconciliation of accounts, including intercompany transactions.
In addition, you willcontribute to the preparation of reporting packages for group consolidationin line with international accounting standards.
You willassist in the preparation of projected and actual DCF and FCF statements, providing support in financial analysis and reporting.Your role will also includepreparing summary reports to support internal stakeholdersin monitoring financial performance.
Finally, you willtake part in finance-related business transformation projectsand collaborate with external consultants when required,
contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization.
About You:
You hold amaster's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related fieldand have gainedprevious experience in similar roleswithin structured organizations.
You have a good understanding ofaccounting principlesand are interested in developing your expertise within a Finance environment.
Familiarity withMicrosoft OfficeandERP systems, such asSAP, enables you to manage financial data and support accounting processes effectively.
You are fluent in bothItalianandEnglishand feel comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment where collaboration and continuous improvement are highly valued.
What We Offer:
The role is classified at Level 2° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €******.
Theoverall compensationwill be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
