Netmore is expanding its LoRaWAN network and is looking for a dynamic, relationship-oriented Site Acquisition Manager in Varese, Italy, to help us identify and acquire commercial properties, rooftops, and other strategic locations for gateway installation.
If you enjoy talking to people and have a natural ability to build relationships and close deals, this role puts you at the heart of our network's growth.
What you'll do
Field acquisition
You'll visit commercial buildings, residential complexes, rooftops, and other strategic properties to secure space-usage agreements needed for network expansion.
Outreach and relationship building
You'll contact property owners, property managers, landlords, and businesses to identify new opportunities and secure suitable sites.
Negotiation and deal closing
You'll present the benefits of partnering with Netmore, negotiate contract terms, and secure long-term site access for LoRaWAN network deployment.
Site survey coordination
You'll work with technical teams to verify site suitability and ensure proper network integration.
Tracking and reporting
You'll keep accurate records of activities, manage your opportunity pipeline, and hit acquisition targets on schedule.
Who we're looking for
Experience
Preferably experience in sales, real estate, or customer-facing roles (experience in telecommunications or door-to-door sales is a plus).
Proven ability to acquire clients, business opportunities, or sites through direct outreach and relationship development.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple, understandable terms.
Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing deals.
Organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, or a strong motivation to learn how it works.
Personal traits
Friendly, reliable, and positive.
Results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed assigned targets.
Able to work independently as well as closely with the team.
Strong problem-solving attitude and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
Fluency in English and a driving license are required for this job.
