Overview
In this role you drive global manufacturing productivity by leading work analysis and MTM initiatives across Ariston's international plants. You will shape standards for industrial engineering, optimize production flows, and support Lean programs within the WCM framework. You’ll collaborate with regional and central teams to share best practices and promote a Lean mindset. This is a high-impact position within a globally connected organization focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsabilità
- Lead global productivity and work analysis initiatives across manufacturing plants
- Drive MTM, time studies, line balancing, and labor productivity improvements
- Optimize assembly lines, workstations, and production flows
- Develop global standards for industrial engineering and workplace organization
- Propose and manage improvement projects in Workplace Organization (ergonomics, layout, material flows, visual management)
- Support plant teams with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement within the WCM program (WO pillar)
- Collaborate with local and central industrial engineering to share best practices for the WO pillar
- Promote a Lean Manufacturing mindset within Ariston Group and share WO best practices across regions
- Partner with Operations, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Excellence, and Plant Leadership teams worldwide
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- At least 10 years in Industrial Engineering, Methods Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence
- Strong expertise in work measurement, ergonomics, line balancing, and productivity improvement
- MTM is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing environments and continuous improvement programs
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in international organizations
- Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish a plus
- Willingness for international travel (~50%)
