pIn this role you will support fixed asset advisory engagements by understanding client needs, gathering data at client sites, and delivering valuation analyses. You will work with cross-functional teams to prepare materials, discuss asset accounting treatments, and present findings to clients and auditors. The work combines technical assessment with client-facing communication and travel to client facilities. You will contribute to accurate, objective asset valuations and build lasting client relationships. /pulliInitiate discussions with clients to capture requirements /liliLiaise with clients on fixed asset accounting treatment /liliPrepare pitch decks and navigate internal approvals /liliVisit client facilities and conduct interviews to collect data /liliDevelop analyses to estimate asset values for various purposes /liliPerform asset valuation using direct, standard and normal costing techniques /liliDeliver accurate,
unbiased valuation conclusions /liliAddress client/auditor queries regarding valuations /liliReport and present analyses and conclusions in written form /liliCollaborate with management to build and maintain client relationships /liliContribute as an individual contributor or within project teams /liliTravel to client sites as required /liliBachelor or Master’s degree in engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred) /liliBasic building construction or plants and machinery knowledge /liliProficient MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint abilities /liliKnowledge or interest in Python, Matlab, R or other relevant programming language preferred /liliExcellent analytical, organization and project management skills /liliAbility and willingness to handle additional hours and travel as needed to comply with client requests /liliProficiency in spoken and written English (Dutch also preferred) /liliExperience working with diverse teams /liliclient-facing communication /liliMS Excel /liliMS Word /liliPowerPoint /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
