Description

Excelsior Hotel Gallia is looking for an intern for the Purchasing Department.

Main activities:

- Support in managing and monitoring orders of food supplies, beverages, and materials for the property

- Assistance in researching and comparing quotes from suppliers, evaluating quality and prices

- Filing and document management activities

- Collaboration with different hotel departments to ensure compliance with company standards

- Support in warehouse management and periodic inventories

Requirements:

- Precision, organization, and attention to detail

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in team

- Good knowledge of Italian and English language
