Overview

In this role, you will plan and manage site personnel to align resources with project needs across Italy. You will partner with Corporate Functions and Site Management to forecast staffing and optimize workforce allocation. You will monitor planning across sites, support transfers and reassignments, and initiate external hiring with Recruitment. You will report on workforce planning and contribute to a diverse, inclusive international environment where people are central to project success.

- salary range 20,000–35,000 gross per year

Responsabilità

- Maintain an up-to-date mapping of site personnel across awarded, ongoing and prospective projects
- Analyze and anticipate staffing needs for different projects
- Plan personnel allocation by project/site requirements in coordination with managers
- Monitor workforce planning across Italian sites and support transfers/reassignments




- Identify external hiring needs and initiate recruitment with Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Review personnel performance evaluations to support reassignment opportunities
- Prepare monitoring and reporting on workforce planning and resource allocation

Requisiti fondamentali

- Knowledge of main business activities and dynamics
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM or other HR systems
- English proficiency at B1 level or above
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders
- Results-oriented approach and ability to work towards objectives
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Italy
