For one of our school in Messina we are looking for an energetic and fun English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team!

As our teacher you’ll learn to:
Prepare your classes using Kids&Us;’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
As a coordinator you’ll have to:
Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us; policies and method
Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school
Requirements:
Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
Interest in working with children
Planning and organisation skills

We Offer:
Fixed-term until 31/12/2026;
12 hours per week as a coordinator and 6 hours per week as a teacher (in total 18 h per week);
Young and stimulating work environment;
Start in September 2026;
Salary: We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI.
As this is a hybrid role combining teaching and academic coordination, the contractual level (Level 5 or Level 8A) will be defined based on the prevailing responsibilities.
The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €20,665 to €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
