On site YellowSquare is looking for an **Events & Experiences Host**! We are seeking an energetic, charismatic, and outgoing personality to join our team. As an **Events & Experiences Host**, you won’t just run activities—you’ll be responsible for bringing our events to life and crafting unforgettable moments for our guests. This role is about being the heartbeat of the hostel: ensuring our travelers don’t just stay with us, but truly connect, have fun, and feel part of the global YellowSquare community. **What you’ll do**: - **Lead & Inspire**: Organize and host a variety of social experiences, from legendary quiz nights and karaoke to tournaments and creative mini-challenges.
- **Build Community**: Actively create opportunities for guests to meet, break the ice, and form lasting connections.
- **Innovate**: Propose and co-design fresh daytime and evening event formats that keep the YellowSquare vibe ahead of the curve.
- **Take the Stage**: Host with a microphone, presenting confidently and engaging diverse, international crowds with ease.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the bar and reception teams to ensure every experience runs smoothly from start to finish.
- **Work the Room**: Be the ultimate host—moving through the crowd to ensure every guest, from the loudest to the shyest, feels included and welcomed. **What you’ll bring**:
